Affiliate Terms & Disclosures

These terms apply when you join the Apex Flow Army affiliate program. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Joining means you agree to them.

1. Earnings disclaimer

Commission rates shown (for example “up to” a percentage) are rates paid on qualifying sales, not a statement of what you will earn. Joining is free and nothing is earned unless someone buys through your link. We do not guarantee any income, and most affiliates earn little or nothing. Results depend on your audience, effort and skill. We do not publish earnings figures for affiliates because we cannot back them up.

2. You must disclose, clearly

• The US FTC requires you to tell people when you earn from a link. Put a clear disclosure (for example “I earn a commission if you buy through my links”) right next to each affiliate link or at the top of the post or video, in plain words, before the link, not buried in a footer or bio.
• On video and audio, say it out loud and show it on screen. On social posts use the platform’s paid-partnership tool or a clear tag like #ad or #affiliate in the post itself.
• The same applies to emails and anywhere else outside the US that has similar rules.

3. What you may not say or do

• No income or earnings claims or lifestyle promises (“make $X a month”), and no testimonials you cannot prove.
• No false, misleading or unproven claims about any product, including health, beauty, pet, results, guarantees, reviews or ratings. Only repeat claims found on our own product pages.
• No spam, no emailing people who did not opt in, no fake reviews, no impersonating Apex or anyone else, no buying traffic using our brand names as keywords, and no use of our trademarks as your own domain or account name.
• No self-referral to earn a discount on your own purchases, no coupon or cookie stuffing, no fraud. Fraudulent or reversed sales earn nothing and may end your account.
• Do not target children under 13 with your promotion.
• Follow every law and platform rule that applies to you, including privacy and email rules.

4. Tracking and payouts

Referrals are tracked with your code and a referral cookie (see the Cookie Policy); a visitor who declines cookies or sends Global Privacy Control may not be tracked, and then no commission can be recorded. Commission is recorded as pending while the refund window runs, is reversed if the sale is refunded, and is paid once your balance reaches the minimum payout and after any required tax information is given. We may change rates for future sales on notice posted to this site. You are responsible for your own taxes; we may be required to report payments.

5. Your information

We keep the name, email and any payout details you give us only to run the program and pay you. Do not send passwords or full bank card numbers.

6. Independent relationship and ending

You are an independent promoter, not an employee, partner or agent of Apex. Either of us can end your participation at any time. We may withhold or reverse commission on sales that break these terms. Sections that by nature continue (disclaimers, limits, disputes) survive.
