Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our 30-day promise

If you are not satisfied with something you bought from us, ask within 30 days of purchase (physical products: 30 days of delivery) and we will make it right with a refund, a replacement or a fix, whichever fits. This is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live, which this policy does not take away.

2. Apex Pass ($99 per year, renews yearly)

Request a refund within 30 days of any charge, including a renewal, and we refund it in full. You can stop future renewals at any time: use the online cancellation page (sign in with your Apex ID). Cancelling is immediate, you do not need to call or email, and your Pass stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will cancel it for you within one business day.

3. Physical products

Skincare, wellness, pet, gear, kids and print-on-demand products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items damaged, defective or not what you ordered are replaced or refunded. Tell us what is wrong and send a photo when you can.

4. Books, courses and digital downloads

If a book, course or download was not worth your time, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will process it. Access to the item ends when it is refunded.

5. Services

If a service we delivered is not right, tell us and we will fix it or refund the part that was not delivered.

6. How to ask

Email the address below with your order email and what you bought. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, and we will confirm by email. Affiliate commissions on a refunded sale are reversed.
