Released digital packs can be ordered from their product pages. Custom production work remains inquiry only.
A planning inquiry is only an email conversation. It does not reserve work, start production, grant a license, or create a charge.
Terms required before ordering
A digital pack is a one-time purchase of the exact archive described on its page. It includes the listed files and extras, a non-exclusive project license, and 30 days of download access after checkout. Save a local backup. No subscription, custom production, engine plugin or future release is included. Custom service work needs a separate agreed scope, schedule, price, revision limit, rights terms and delivery plan before any order is accepted.
Commercial project license

One purchase licenses the buyer (one person or one legal entity) to use, edit, mix and synchronize these sounds in unlimited completed games, films, videos, advertisements, podcasts, apps and other audiovisual projects, including paid client work. No additional royalty is charged by Apex Flow Labs for that use. The license is non-exclusive and continues for completed permitted projects. No attribution is required.
You may share working source files with contractors on your licensed projects only when they do not keep or use them for unrelated projects. Completed work may be distributed to your audience and clients. Do not sell, share, upload, sublicense or redistribute the raw sounds, modified standalone sounds, this library or a competing sample/sound library. Do not claim authorship of the unmodified source library. This purchase includes no exclusive rights, custom production, voice likeness rights, support subscription or future pack releases.
The buyer is responsible for third-party material combined with these sounds. Refund requests and delivery problems: info@apexflowlabs.com with the order reference. This license supplements the published store terms and does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Rights, voices, and supplied material
Rights and consent checks are required before any sample or customer output is released. Do not email confidential, personal, or unreleased recordings as a planning inquiry. For a future project, confirm rights to every supplied recording, script, reference, voice, and other source before work begins. The applicable license and permitted uses must be agreed in the service terms before an order is accepted.
Privacy and contact
The site has no audio upload or secure custom-project intake. A contact link opens an email draft. Pack checkout collects the payment information Stripe needs and an email for delivery; download links require server verification. Do not send sensitive source files or payment details by email. Contact info@apexflowlabs.com with general questions. The site-wide Privacy Policy covers shared site services.
Cancellations and refunds
If a digital pack is not right for your project, request a refund within 30 days of purchase at info@apexflowlabs.com with your order reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Download access is disabled after a refund or dispute. Do not include card numbers or private project files in email.
The site terms and shared refund policy also apply. Custom-service cancellation, revision and refund terms must be agreed before a custom order can be accepted.
